A Few Words About Ourselves
Royal cooking, carried by one family
The craft of royal cooking was shaped over centuries under the patronage of Mughal kings and queens. In 1913 our great-grandfather, Haji Karimuddin — a Chef Par Excellence — carried it beyond the palace walls and laid out the Shahi Dastarkhwan outside the Red Fort.
Karim, one of the beautiful names of Allah, became a symbol of generosity, growth and legacy. Today Bhadohi becomes the next chapter — just as its handwoven carpets once adorned the courts of Mughal emperors.
